Supplementary Provisions:

1. Damage and cleaning costs

In the event of damage, breakage, destruction or other damage in one of our taxis, we will charge €350 for extra cleaning costs and loss of income. This amount must be paid directly in the taxi.

2. Rates and Bookings

Our rates are subject to change at any time without notice. Rates displayed online may differ from rates booked over the phone. We reserve the right to cancel rides for any reason, including but not limited to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient vehicle availability. If you cancel a ride, we will charge a cancellation fee of 100%, unless the cancellation is notified at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Delays and Liability

We charge additional costs for delays arising from the customer. We are not liable for any damage, including material or immaterial damage, incurred during the use of our taxis, including but not limited to damage while boarding and alighting, during the journey or from claims arising from delays of our taxis.

4. Minimum Rate

We apply a minimum rate of €20 for passenger cars and €35 for a van, regardless of whether the rate on the meter is lower.
